Q: What kind of hot spring resort is this?
A: There are 3,000 hot spring resorts in Japan, 77 of which are designated as National Recreational Hot Springs. Hatake Onsen is popular for its very warm water, which is good for the body and allows for a long soak.
Q: Can I see Mt. Fuji?
A: You can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day.
Q: Can I go sightseeing?
A: The purpose of this tourist attraction is to relax and enjoy the hot springs.
However, nearby tourist attractions include Mishima, Atami, and Izu Nagaoka. For sightseeing in Izu Nagaoka, we can rent a bicycle for free. A bicycle can be rented free of charge for sightseeing in Izu Nagaoka.

Reservations

Q: Can I make reservations by phone or e-mail?
A: Reservations can only be made in Japanese by phone or E-mail. Please make a reservation by filling out the reservation form. We respond in English, Chinese, and Korean.

Meals

Q: Can I make reservations for meals?
A: Please make a reservation for a plan that includes meals using the reservation form. If you choose no meal, please choose from the menu at the restaurant on the day of your reservation.
Q: Do you have a vegetarian menu?
A: Yes, we do. If you choose the no-meal plan, please choose from the menu at the restaurant on the day of your reservation.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A: Breakfast is included in all packages.

Access

Q: How do I get there by train?
A: The nearest stations are "Kannami" and "Izu-Nita". We will pick you up at the station. (free of charge)
Q: Is there a free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel?
A: Reservations are required. Please choose the pick-up time from 4:00 p.m. at Kannami Station or 5:00 p.m. at Izu-Nita Station
Please inquire about pick-up and drop-off at the time of reservation. In the case of the most recent date of your stay, we may not be able to arrange a driver. Please consult us in advance if you are making a reservation on the same day.
Please confirm your return pick-up with our staff at check-in.
Q: How do I get there by car?
A: Please search for "244-4 Hatake, Kannami Town. It is 10 minutes from the Oba-Kannami IC. Parking is free.

Guest Rooms

Q: What amenity goods are available in the guest rooms?
A: We provide hand soap, bath towel, and face towel in the guest room. In addition, a yukata (Japan's nightgown) is available at the reception desk, and disposable slippers are available at the front desk free of charge for those who need them.
Toothbrushe is available upon request.

A: Please reserve a Western-style room. All rooms are barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible.
Q: Do you have a curfew?
A: The front desk is open until 23:00, so we close the gate at 23:00.
If you check in after 23:00, you will be charged a late-night fee.

Hot spring baths

Q: Do you have private baths?
A: We have private baths. Guests may use the bath for up to one hour per room free of charge.
Q: What are the hours of the public baths?
A: The baths are open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Q: Are the hot springs natural?
A: Yes, we do. We have both hot spring baths and heated baths. All All bathtubs are not watered.

The Ministry of the Environment has designated Hatake Onsen as one of the best "National Recreational Hot Springs" in Japan.
Q: What are the qualities and benefits of the hot springs?
A: The water is a weakly alkaline simple spring. It is effective for high blood pressure, neuralgia, rheumatism, fire extinguisher dysfunction, motor equipment and skin beautifying effects.
Q: Is the hot spring suitable for pregnant women?
A: Yes, but please consult your doctor if you are concerned about your health. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
Q: Can I take a bath while wearing a diaper?
A: No. We do not allow people who may be incontinent to use the main baths. Please use the private baths. Please use the private baths.
Q: Can I use the baths even if I have tattoos?
A: If you are able to conceal your tattoo by taping it, tape is available at the front desk. If not, please use the private baths. Otherwise, please use the private baths.
Q: Can the lockers in the changing rooms be locked?

Q: Is there a fee for weather-related cancellations?
A: We charge a cancellation fee for weather-related cancellations during the cancellation period. We understand that there may be various reasons for cancellations, but in addition to personal factors such as illness or accidents, we also charge a cancellation fee for unexpected cancellations due to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, including warnings, advisories, transportation cancellations, delays, and emergency declarations. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
